A little something about Angels:
Human beings and angels are persons. At the very least, the ability to say “I” in speech is a sufficient reason for ascribing personhood to a creature. The angel who appears to John speaks in these terms: “I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers the prophets” (Rev. 22:9). Both human beings and angels are moral persons.
Angels have free will. This is clearly seen in the fact that some angels willingly “left their domain.” We know them now as demons, and they will face the consequences of that decision on judgment day. (Jude 1:6)
They express emotions similar to the way we do. They experience both joy and longing. (Job 38:7, 1 Peter 1:12)
