I rarely have fear or anxiety but about 2 weeks before christmas 2019, I had paralyzing anxiety it was horrible. So I prayed and gathered the applicable scriptures and made a poster to remind myself that I have been called to Fear Not for I have been redeemed but even so, the relief from anxiety was NOT instantaneous.
Reading this poster helps me to overcome the lies (false events appearing real} it's focusing on and internalizing the word and that takes time but at the end, all fear is gone and I am grateful.
So I thought if there was someone else fighting fear and anxiety that maybe these words would comfort and heal them as they continue to do for me.
